Write to us in the Chat Group. Tell us your goal for the next hour/day/week and you'll have to tell us if you followed your plan.

Here my plan for you:

  1. Watch the video

  2. Write down what you'd like to accomplish for the next 45 minutes, e.g. Complete Step 5

  3. Set the timer on your phone to 45 minutes and focus until the timer goes off.

  4. Take a 10 minute break where you make a snack, a cup of coffee or attempt the Standing Pigeon yoga pose. Tell yourself "good fu**ing work!"

  5. Decide whether you want to continue for another 45 minutes. If so, go back to 2.
