BELLMAN - LET SOMEBODY IN
NORDIC DREAM POP ARTIST BELLMAN releases single “Let Somebody In” today, first single from the forthcoming album. “Let Somebody In” addresses Bellman’s recent years’ struggle with anxiety and depression and is written for those of us who have experienced the darker side of life. The song is about hope and the importance of asking for help.

I asked Bellman if he would open up about his struggles.
“It came very suddenly and surprisingly with no direct trigger that I can pinpoint. I was driving my car when it just hit me like a ton of bricks. I had to stop the car immediately. I really thought I was going to die.”
Bellman asked for help.
“Thankfully, I received the help and support I needed and now, two years later, I have learned to live with it and cope with the episodes when they come. I’ve also gotten to know myself better through this challenge, so something good came out of this as well.”
“With ‘Let Somebody In’ I was inspired to dive into the darkness, yet I feel that it can give hope to those who need it.”
I thank you, Bellman, for sharing your story with us!

Lyrics
Let Somebody In
I saw your face behind the wall
Don’t reveal your plan
They’ll never understand
Make a pillow of the snow
Don’t you let them know
Don’t you let them know
Peel your spiral-dreams away
Judge me by my cover
Judge me when I pray
Tell your friends that you’ll be fine
‘Cause I do it all the time I do it all the time
Let somebody in
It’s time to come home
What took you so long?
What took you so long?
Wherever you’re from
I made you this song
What took you so long?
What took you so long?
Don’t you fail me now
I’ll be just fine
Three six and nine
